The bay of Cala Pi is one of the most charming coves in this region of Mallorca. There is a historic fortress on the hill. It's a great place for a one-night stopover or a short swim.
The bay of Cala Pi is popular among crews sailing on the Balearic Islands so it is worth coming there earlier to find a mooring place. It is best to moor with the stern rope attached to the rocks and an anchor cast from the bow. This way we protect the yacht against drifting and possibly hitting the rocks. You will find there a small beach with crystal clear water and a bar, several old fishing houses and an interesting cliff covered with pine trees.
